4th after Trinity
Daddy and I went into attend the Christian Science service this morning at
Boscombe. We went with Mrs. Apps (Mrs. Dry's sister) and we all enjoyed the
service. The church was bright and cheerful and the service was very good
indeed. When we got home the Labrum's had arrived. After tiffin we took them
down on the beach for tea and we all had a ripping time. We took plenty of snaps
on the beach. They were people Mrs. Nash knew in Hong Kong and quite a jolly
couple with their boy "Dickie" Nora did her work this morning when we were at
church. We saw the proprietress of Danecourt there, and also Mr. Davies, a
friend of hers.
