First Quarter, 3.38 p.m.
Daddy and I went
shopping at Boscombe this morning to buy bathing caps. I couldn't get one to fit
so I had to order one. Inez and Alwyn were to come up to bathe, but in the end
they couldn't, but they did come to have Chinese dinner. They enjoyed the chow I
believe. After dinner we danced out in the garden as it was so hot.
Belle's
badminton set arrived today and we put it up. We three bathed this afternoon and
the water was gloriously warm. We are arranged to meet the Cocks and a Goodwin
on Thursday in the Theater Lougne. It's been a glorious fine day.
