Nora went to the dentist and I went shopping. We met
by the gramophone shop so went in to buy three new records. "Old Man River" and
some others Inez told us about. We found Mrs. Dry and Matron here when we
returned and had a little chat. After tiffin we got ready to go to the tea at
Noelle's house in Parkstone.
We met her in the Square and she took us to her
place. There were a party of nine there to T and we enjoyed ourselves immensely.
We arrived home at about 730. It poured with rain all
afternoon.
