6 Sunday (127-239)
4th after Easter. Ascension, 1910
We three
went for a short walk in the morning to buy a paper and also to inquire about
the charabancs trip and we booked for Weymouth this afternoon. A car came to
take us to the Square at 2:30 and at 3 o'clock we got into the Charabanc and set
off. It was a very enjoyable trip. They did not give us much time at Weymouth
only half an hour. We walked along the sea front until the time was up. We got
back at the Square at seven. Matron and Miss Day called on this when we got back
so it delayed our supper until long after nine. We stayed up till after 10:30 as
it was Nora's last night.
