Trinity Law Sittings End Game Certificates and Gun Licenses Expire
Had breakfast at 8:30 AM. More people at hotel this
morning. Nora and I went shopping until 10 AM then we wrote a few letters went
out for a short walk. We went to Euston station and caught the 11:30 AM train
for Coventry, where we had to change for Leamington. There were a few passengers
in the train. We tried for rooms at the Regent, but couldn't get rooms so we
came to the Manor House Hotel, a historical sort of building and I think we have
a very nice room here. After tea we went for a walk about Leamington and saw
some very nice shops. We bought a doll hat to send to Mary. We enquired about a theater here also and about Charabanc drives. Had exactly the same dinner
as last night only not half as good and for nearly twice the money.
