26 Thursday (26-340)
We received a parcel in a long letter from Mrs. Freeman. The parcel contained a
buttonhole each enclosed into gold boxes. They are very smart. It rained and so
there was no hockey. Iris Martin accompanied me in my violin practice Iris, Iris
Martin and myself went for a short walk. We returned at about 2:45 PM.
Nora went
to French conversation at 3:30 to 4 PM.
Gertrude came to supper. She told us
she was going to be on night duty that very night.
