24 Friday (55-311)

We had no letters by the first post. Iris had a letter
and a tin of Pascal's sweets from Mrs. Freeman by the 1 PM post. We loved about in
the afternoon and did some reading and also went to see a little Lawrence off at Bournemouth. We went for a short walk after. We read again after tea, played the
grammie. Here is half term again and it is Iris's last! So we are going to
make the best of it. We went to bed about 9 PM and our silence bell went off at
10:30. Laura is sleeping in the irises door for Half term.
