9 Thursday (40-326)
We have had no letters today. After dinner we both
went downtown. First we went to the chiropodist then the post office and then Brights. Nora bought Iris some initialed writing paper and a pound of chocolate
for her birthday. Nora had French conversation from 3:30 to 4 PM. Mr. Moore did
not come to speak to us so we did prep instead after supper.
